American Bible Society: Atrium Event
How do you coordinate efforts with multiple partners so everyone’s voice is heard?
American Bible Society needed assistance creating an outstanding event around the first exhibit in its revamped street-level space in Manhattan headquarters on Broadway. The exhibit was a partnership with renowned television producer Mark Burnett and wife Roma Downey and featured exclusive footage from the highly rated, History channel miniseries, The Bible. DeMoss planned an invitation-only gala to unveil the new space and launch the inaugural exhibit, giving guests a chance to engage with ministry leaders, Burnett, Downey and The Bible lead actor, Diogo Morgado. Our team oversaw the event; managed the invite list, event logistics, visual experience and program for the evening; and coordinated logistics with numerous partners, including History channel and the offices of Burnett and Downey. As a result, more than 130 influential attendees, including national media, donors and notable Christian leaders, were introduced to the atrium and the capabilities and mission of American Bible Society. Additionally, we secured several national media interviews at American Bible Society.
