Fact Sheet: Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove
Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains on 1,200 acres in Asheville, North Carolina, the Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove was birthed out of Billy and Ruth Graham 's dream of providing a place where people could leave the demands of their daily lives and come to study God’s Word.
The Cove began offering guests in-depth seminars in 1988, and has since expanded to offer personal spiritual retreats; pastor renewal retreats; military marriage seminars; concerts; programs for seniors, women, and church or ministry leaders; and various other inspirational events throughout the year.
The Cove offers seminars with nationally recognized Bible teachers and scholars; concerts with award-winning Christian and Gospel artists; senior events; and more. Events range from one-day events to weeklong seminars.
Personal Spiritual Retreats
Personal spiritual retreats are self-directed opportunities for an individual or couple to refocus on their relationship with God while enjoying the peacefulness of western North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains.
The Cove is available for use by Christian churches and nonprofit ministries for events. Facilities can accommodate groups up to 450 people.
Chatlos Memorial Chapel and Visitors Center
The Visitors Center at the Chatlos Memorial Chapel offers guests an opportunity to learn about Billy Graham’s life and ministry, as well as the work of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association today. Admission to the Visitors Center at the Chatlos Memorial Chapel is free.
