Bio: Geof Morin

Senior Vice President of Ministry Mobilization

Geof Morin has spent the better part of his adult life helping find new avenues for reaching people with the message of the Bible. Since joining American Bible Society in 2007, Morin has overseen the organization’s communications and advocacy work. Under his leadership, American Bible Society created its now widely followed social media channels, commissioned the annual State of the Bible research and created an interactive Bible Experience Center on Broadway.

In 2014, Morin's role with American Bible Society expanded to overseeing domestic and international ministry while continuing to advance Bible advocacy and the development of Bible technology.

Prior to joining American Bible Society, Morin served in various advertising, marketing and church redevelopment arenas. He began his career with the global advertising firm Saatchi and Saatchi. He then turned his attention to ministry, completing a Yale University master’s degree, and launching and directing two nonprofits for at-risk youth. Morin later served as the director of marketing at Geneva Global, a leading philanthropic research and consulting firm, before joining American Bible Society in 2007.

Based in the Philadelphia area, Morin and his wife, Rachel, are the parents of two daughters.
